Conception, design, supply and commissioning of two Winding Equipments for the ITER CS coils fabrication.
The conductor is formed through a continuous CNC bending and formed turns are coiled on a CNC winding table.
Each plant is about 30m long, 7m wide, 2,5m tall (excluding spool holder), contains 40 brushless motors and integrates in line Cleaning, Sandblasting subsystems. Winding rotating table is around 5m.
